Parent Testimonials
We often ask Haddon Dene parents and pupils for their thoughts on school life, these are some of the encouraging comments that we have received;
"I would like to take the time to outline what we believe to be outstanding support for our daughter as she progressed through years 5 and 6 at Haddon Dene School in 2017 and 2018. Our eldest daughter has been at Haddon Dene since she was 4. Each year with all teachers providing excellent support from day one.
In particular, the support that our daughter has received from the teachers in years 5 and 6 in preparation for the Kent test has been outstanding. Not only academically but also to see our child grow in confidence, being tailored, prepared and ready for the tasks ahead of them. We definitely take our hats off to the support our daughter has received at the School and thank all of the teachers for their focused attention. Their dedication to the success of the children, at this important time in their lives is very encouraging. I know that both my wife and I are thankful and wish every success for future children attending Haddon Dene School."

"We have been extremely happy with the education our son has received at Haddon Dene. The atmosphere at Haddon Dene is one that has encouraged him to feel relaxed and comfortable while challenging him and encouraging him to succeed. It has pushed him to excel and show an interest in a great many different subjects and topics. Haddon Dene does this all within a unique family environment, it is very supportive and has given him the best all-round education while bringing his natural talents to the front. The support the school has given our child and in particular Mrs Parpworth's support has been key in him succeeding in his grammar school appeal.
We could not have done this without the dedication and a huge amount of hard work by Mrs Parpworth who has supported both us and our son through every step of the appeal process. Mrs Parpworth has also been a fantastic encouragement and taught him to really believe in himself and strive for success. This had a very positive effect and encouraged him so much that he went all out to turn the disappointment of not passing the Kent test to try even harder and pass all other tests with excellent results.
We all will miss Haddon Dene when he leaves in July and always look back on his time there fondly but he is now fully prepared for Grammar school and a new Challenge ahead. We are very grateful to Haddon Dene and all the teachers for my son's excellent education and for the support ,encouragement and confidence they have given him throughout his time at the School."
