Ninety years to celebrate

Wednesday was a day we will remember for a long time.  We enjoyed a delicious buffet and a plethora of fancy cakes to mark the ninetieth year of our wonderful school.  We hope parents and visitors enjoyed the trip down memory lane, viewing photographs and exhibits showing Haddon Dene through the ages.  The children were all given a little souvenir parcel to mark the occasion.

Once the weather improves, it is our intention to bury a time capsule for future generations to enjoy.  Thank you to Mrs Murray and Mrs Green, our resident dream team and all the other volunteers and staff for making this such a special day.  A special mention must go to Mrs Bryant who came to school on her day off to prepare our history exhibition. Thank you also to Mrs Bull and Mrs Goodbourn for supplying the delicious cupcakes and scones.
