A Fair to remember!

Thank you and well done to Mrs Green and the amazing PFA for organising such a brilliant summer fair for us all.  We were taken back in time, across the ages to explore different periods in history from ancient Egypt to World War II.  The children dressed for the occasion and we were mightily impressed with the creativity and imagination that had gone into the costume making.  It was a wonderful family affair, with so many activities to enjoy and delicious food to eat.  We want to give Mrs Green our deepest thanks for all that she has done for us.

Mummy Max and his teddy impressed us with their costumes.  There were a range of Egyptian princesses, pirates, Roman Gladiators and Viking warriors.  Even Henry VIII made an appearance.  All the children and staff went to such an effort to make this a day to remember.George and Henry wore vintage army clothing.  Henry’s hat belonged to his grandfather who fought in Africa during the war.  All the teachers looked fabulous! There were so many wonderful activities to take part in and the children had an amazing time.  Our glamorous mums did a fine job serving cakes and refreshments. Thank you to everyone who baked for us and donated prizes for the raffle
